Cheers All,

Hopefully they'll do the job, guess i'll find out when I head out fully loaded.

I'll see how i get on, if the weight starts to be an issue and i can be bothered i may look at farkling a little more, alot of the weight is in the lids, so could reduce slightly by removing the current latches, hinging one side then adding a smaller lock, but i doubt i'll bother expelling the effort

James - Don't know if i can claim Bad Ass since i added star wars stickers...

Cheers

I'm looking at getting a 650 TA at the moment, and looking at luggage solutions. If I had the time or ability, I'd be all over that! Cracking job, looks great. You should go into business! :)

looks like the Guy i got them from has sold out unfortunately, I've sent him a message asking if he's getting more stock

I've had a look for any others on Ebay but the only ones i can see are all from America (£40+ Postage), must of been lucky when i got mine.

Jolly, Just have a go, nothing to lose, just take your time and you'll work it out.

If you need some tips for knocking yours out when you get your Transalp sorted let me know

Star Wars is not the issue just the faction, If you went imperial especially bounty hunter then you could still pull it off.

So flea bay is out, may have to check out army surplus market stalls, you could even get pre battle scar ones...
