Very usefull. The info already has me itchin' ! :cheer: I'll definitely be using some of that for reference this summer, but ? (maybe I'm just gettin' old and more understanding about the world) I won't be doing any illegal tracks. :)

Hmmm, interesting, thanks for posting.

Think this would be doable in March? Or too much snow still around?

well ..first off soho you have a pm message (thumbs)

the wa i`d do it is ride through glorious france to the med..thats 3 days ..dawn till dusk stuff (thumbs) and then head north and back by the santander ferry so about 3 weeks total..

for those that aint riden in the pyrenees the trails are varied ..wide dry gravel to wet mud [rain] to high 8000ft snow trails...and some of the best tarmac roads in Europe.

June is best in my books as if its a hot summer the forests will be closed due to fire risks..so no wild camping  ..also you have the longest days so can ride from 8am till 8pm easily taking it easy and the views etc..

Ive looked over some of the track briefly and it follows the vibraction stuff in places so not undoable on big bikes with knobblys incase the gloop appears  .

As for legal or not ive never seen signs prohibiting riders and treat everything with respect and they dont give too hoots just the pompus assholes in government..

the garmin topo spain is a good start too..

It looks great but I can never get enough time off work in summer because of working on power station outages.

I think I put some serious effort into getting myself sacked this summer
