Two problems
The bike is only using about 12.5 litres then it's running out of fuel
I thought it took 18,
When there's fuel in the tank it's stalling then I'm finding it difficult to start as if struggling for fuel,
Can some one explain about the removal of something to maybe resolve this issue

Hi Graham, when you say your running out of fuel is that by the fuel guage or is there actually no fuel in the tank?......if its the former then its likely the sender unit needs calibrating as i did and wrote about in a previous thread. The other issue could be a vacuum in the tank, puts the fuel pump under load and reduces fuel into the injecter. Try taking the brown fuel cap gasket out of the filler cap which lets the tank breath better....mind out for the small parts in the cap if you do this

Today it ran much better on the trails, I left the fuel pump to prime when I turned the key, it didn't stall once but maybe twice struggled to start a bit,
There's loads of dust when riding will this not get into the tank if I remove the gasket
