G'day all
This is the GPX file for the River Severn Source to Sea in ABR issue 84.
If you're up for it, I'd suggest that it's worth doing away with the waypoints and GPX and use the lay of the land to follow the river; this is what I did when riding the route, and I ended up stumbling across some really interesting places and great roads I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Plus, there's an extra bit of satisfaction.
But if you want a more direct route or to help you if you get lost, the GPX is below.
Keep in mind that it's quite a long day and you'll want to start your day as close to the source as possible. Llanidloes is a nice place to stay. If you're not a completionist, the riding is pretty average after Worcester, so you can also end your day there, although you'll miss out on seeing the river empty into the estuary which is always an impressive sight.
Enjoy

Re: Issue 84 River Severn Source to Sea
The area immediately upstream of Sharpness is very interesting.
There's the remains of the railway bridge,

and the Purton Hulks, the largest 'ship graveyard' in the UK.
Used to cycle down the canal towpath to there when I lived near Gloucester.
