Bloody hell, what a couple of months.

I turned 50
My eldest daughter got married
I've taken on the editors job at Adventure Travel magazine, again.
My dad has the McMillan nurses in
My son (18 year old) has open heart surgery
I have a new son (welcome to the world young Gabe)
I'm moving house
My daughter tells me I'm to become a grandad
My son has to go back into hospital for by-pass surgery.

Oh, and I got a parking ticket and a new screen for the Sprint - which I've yet to fit.

How's it been going with you?

Bloody hell boss - that's some list !!! makes mine seem weedy.

Turned 51
I'm being forced out of my job
Sold the KTM - bought a Transalp
I'm going into Chair of the "Lodge" for another stint , (unfortunately I commited to this before realising I was going to become a premature pensioner).
I'm looking for work to support my meagre pension.
My 23 year old Bank Manager daughter still lives with us (sort of !!!!).

I have no health issues of note to report , so once the dust has settled on the retirement - I'll hopefully get my old OOOMPH back and start clocking up the miles on the Transalp and my bicycles.

Bring on the future !!!!!!! can't wait.
It matters not what you have or where you take it ........... Every ride is an adventure and every motorbike was built for adventure.
