Eyup, someone asked me for a recommendation of some YouTube videos to watch and I was trying to remember the name of the affable Irish chap, who was inspired by Ewan and Charlie to buy a bike, learn to ride it and then rode around the world.
It’s going back a few years, but can I buggery find it...

I really enjoyed his videos because you could almost get into his head with his desperate situations. Not sure what happened to him because his videos didn't continue after Mongolia, from memory he had issues with youtube or similar.

Think he ended up in the states and started a family - but don't quote me. His books and vids are good value - made me laugh out loud many times.

He very much reminds me of an Irish guy we met on the way back from Morocco aboard the Bilbao ferry in 2009, his stories of solo travel were side splitting hilarious ...... alcohol may have added to the merriment .
