With thanks to Roddy, Kathy and the team at MotoFreight our bikes are back with us.
The sea shipping was arranged by MotoFreight for us via a company in the US.
The container that our bikes were in had a short rest from travelling in Antwerp as some of the ships were out of sync with their schedules.
Anyway, last Monday the big metal Evergreen box arrived at Felixstowe and by Friday had been moved to and unpacked at a freight warehouse.
Yesterday we headed off from Kent in a rental van and collected them.
Everything was in order, the bikes fired up no problem and all of the bits that we’d left in the unlocked Panniers are still present, which is nice.
It’s nice to have them back.
