If you regularly ride through water then it might be an idea to try an old trials riding mod of fitting a tubeless wheel tyre valve body, without valve but with cap to the lowest part of the air box. If extra water does get in then removing the plastic cap lets it all drain out

Quite a lot of enduro bikes have this as standard now. My Beta has a rubber exit for water at the base of the airbox which you can open up as a drain. Another good tip is to re-route breather hoses upwards so the bike can snorkel, though most mudpluggers already know this...
