Wilbers suspension
Has anyone used wilbers suspension on there bikes I'm looking at changing the rear shock to a weight matched unit and changing the front springs as well after a brief chat with the owner at wilbers UK weve agreed a price but before I spend 550 of my very hard earned money on them I thought I'd ask the knowledgeable chaps on here

Re: Wilbers suspension
I have a Wilbers shock on my Tiger 1050. Had it made to suit with remote adjustment by those lovely chaps at Rev's in Wolverhampton.
Can't fault it at all. The bike handles like a dream with it and still does 6000 miles later.

Had Wilbers put on my 955 which transformed the bike I also slammed Wilbers on my DR and that was also transformed as well (thumbs)

Re: Wilbers suspension
I had one on my race bike about 16 years ago, recommended to me and fitted by none other than Ken Summerton who went on to set up K Tech.
Back then I'm pretty sure that they used unbranded Ohlins springs - not sure if this is still the case or not.
Very good pieces of kit - wouldn't hesitate to fit one to my bike now if I was looking for a new shock (thumbs)

Re: Wilbers suspension
Fitted one to my NC700X and transformed the handling and comfort (not surprising as the standard shock was ....... shocking) but build quality, amount of adjustment and tech support was very good for the price IMO
