Hello from London

Post by robthebrick »

I read the magazine every month and just found this forum, i amm currently commuting on a MT09 and sadly just sold a XT660r.My 50th is just around the corner and i am planning a solo trip to Spain for two/Three weeks.
I might buy a more suitable bike than the MT as my arse hurts after 1 hour let alone all day or perhaps mess about with it Seat reshaped memory foam and other stuff.

Welcome to the forum.

I suggest you try an Airhawk before spending big bucks. They can turn torture seats into all-day comfort.

Welsom to the forum and good luck with the trip. Maybe a GS would sort out all your problems!

Thanks Uncle Buck i am the other side of London Bexley, thanks all the same. I am going to send the spare seat i got from Ebay off to a place in brighton and have it reshaped as it leans in towards the tank ATM and memory foam inserted. if this doesnt work new bike time.

Welcome!

I can highly recommend a sheepskin seat pad after having used one for a while. Got my dad one for fathers day last year and he loves it.
