Re: WK400 owners thread.
I would like to add a sump guard as the one on will smash when you hit the first, any one got an idea or fitted a decent quality bash plate
Re: WK400 owners thread.
So dropped the pads out today to check shape and they are as mac10biker shows in his picture. Attached my picture to show they are the same. Not many options to replace and the EBC FA664 look correct only available in organic so will be very interested when mac10biker reports back on how the pads perform against stock

Re: WK400 owners thread.
If they are ebay listing its always better to recheck details as many vendors seem to just list a part against any make and model.
I was just looking up the number on Google and came across this thread discussing thr last two letters in the serial GF in this case, referring to the hardness of the pad material

Re: WK400 owners thread.
What about reusing the shoes and replace the brake compound, in my carting days we used to do that with the clutch and brakes,
Will ebc just supply the compound

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Interestingly Andi, yes CD F544 is on the back of the stock pads so they look correct.
Graham i think these days is more cost effective to buy the pads complete rather than add new compound, used to be more available back in the drum brake days
I may contact ebc in the week to see if they want to update their WK400 pad info, i need to do some research on the rear pads now lol

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Spoke to Jon at EBC last week and they have already published their 2017 catalogue and the WK is listed wrongly (think it says FA465R). I am going to email him next week with the rear and will post here and let everyone know.netsonic wrote: I may contact ebc in the week to see if they want to update their WK400 pad info, i need to do some research on the rear pads now lol
