Mat, my son, has asked me to sell his 1997 DR. He's off in Thailand and around, travelling on a Honda Cub.
Needs to see £1500 for it so anyone interested ?
Great bike that had proved reliable and entertaining.
Only real downer is the indicators that sometimes work and often don't
Plus points are the Acerbis long range tank (OE tank included too), heated grips and a nice after-market exhaust which isn't too noisy.
Also worth noting that it IS the electric start one
New battery and recent chain and sprockets.
Oh, MOT has run out too but it's been stored all nice and cosy in my garage since then (July 2016)

Go and get a fresh mot pass sorted because the dodgy indicators and no test will put buyers off.

We've no room left for new bikes or I'd be tempted to try and persuade my wife she needs it (thumbs)
