We were out on the trails, in the Dales and we were going up the rocky and unsurfaced Roman Road out of Bainbridge to Cam Houses

We came across an Ambulance on the trail - a standard Merc Sprinter which had driven down the trail from the Cam House end, about 2-3 miles to help a stricken Honda rider who'd come off and damaged his shoulder, broke a collarbone

What a driver, total respect for this action and to Swaledale Mountain Rescue

Emergency Services at their best (thumbs)
