Great,thanks for posting. (thumbs) , I always thought the rally site at dusk, was like a medieval campsite before the next day's battle ..Al

Hi Gino I was the English guy that lives near the Nurburgring that was with Wayne and Adam we met a couple of times, yeah I saw you get towed out glad you got back ok :)

Hi Billy, yep pain in the butt going home in hire car! We carried all our camping gear cause we have a rally tomorrow and we're afraid it wouldn't get back. Looked like a couple of refugees!

Gino, good review with lots of decent pictures.

It's a horrible place when it's muddy because you start to feel as if there's no escape from the misery so you've got to go back when it's cold because it's a miles better experience :)

After dusk, once the fireworks start going off, it looks and sounds like a battlefield...

Cheers Andy, I enjoyed it anyway, just the outfit issues put a damper on it. Actually at a rally 20 miles from my house this weekend, colder than the Elefant and that's in the bar! :laugh:
