I was under the impression that they should be stuck to something ie the windscreen of a car, so that if they where removed it would render them unusable, and that (technically) if they're not stuck down you can be liable to a fine. . Yip maybe true , unfortunately , once over the border in the land of toblaronne. It costs you a fortune . The only country who use a decibel meter at the border , and make sure your clean enough ,to enter there country.
