And again the adventure bike show at www.bikerfm.uk brings another great character in th guise of hebden bridges favourite son Mr ian Coates.

A 66-year-old mechanic has been on a 'gap year' for ten years despite telling his wife he would be back after four months when he left in 1999.Yorkshire pensioner Ian Coates, who decided to celebrate his retirement with a four-month motorbike jaunt to South Africa, has so far travelled 130,000 miles and visited 70 countries.

Chees Slimbo, haven't had a chance to tune in for a while, but always enjoy the show when I do.
Ian is one of my favourite biking characters so I'll defo tune in tomorrow (thumbs)
