Just remembered to take a look on the ABR forum and add my thanks to those of everyone else for a wonderful weekend.
After my 6 hour rain drenched journey on Friday it was almost a joy getting home in about 4.5 hours in the dry (apart from one shower around Birmingham). Think I did just under 800 miles over the weekend so feeling a little frazzled now!
Thanks to everyone & lovely to meet/meat you all.

Thanks to Paul and Maria for being such wonderful hosts XX. And thanks to everyone who had the time to stand up and share with us their fantastic trips. Not forgetting those who I had a private chat about their trips as well.

Great meeting at the Tak, Maria worked her socks off, and Paul worked his voice-box harder than normal. (LOL).
Great presentations by Iain, Debs and Bernard, with a short interlude by me at very short notice.
I did cheat slightly having use of my mothers Minibago as seen in the background on some of the pics above. Now Mrs R2 wants one...... bugger.
I had to stay behind and eat and drink beer on Saturday, and at first was glad. The early weather promised a good soaking, though by lunchtime it was scorchio.
Well done B for another heart wrenching presentation. Not a dry eye in the house. (no he wasn't singing again).
Mrs R2 enjoyed it so much,,,,,,, she wants to go to the Boil in a couple of weeks.
Cool. But next time the bikes going,,,,,,

At the start of my loop around the lakes, somewhere along the A66 between Penrith and Keswick, looking south-ish

Big thanks Paul and Maria for another excellent weekend.
It was my partner, Lisas first rally, and what a corker it was.
Great none stop entertainment with a choice of varied ride outs.
The guest speakers were exceptional and very inspiring.
We were made very welcome by everyone, and had great crack.
looking forward to the next meeting at this brilliant venue.
cheers all,
Neil and Lisa.
