I always have like the look of the Versys, Whats it like at handling fully loaded touring luggage?

Just got the bike this week so haven't done any trips yet.
The luggage is well made though and looks fairly robust.

The Versys is a cracking little bike, my mate has one and it does everything including green laning. B)

Fantastic bike, handled well two up with luggage from Bristol to Prestatyn last year.

Even handled Llanberis pass well, despite me hooning it up and down there with SWMBO on the back - she was laughing and shouting SHEEEEEEEEPS! over the intercom!

Rear end was a bit squidgy, but stiffen the shock up to max and it copes well - MPG returned was just over 60.

Green laning? Fun as hell - provided you remember you're on road tyres.

I've covered 6,500 miles so far and I'm loving it to bits. It's going to see a lot more usage in the coming year as I'll be riding to London from Bristol every other weekend. I have two years ownership left and I feel unless I get another similarly styled bike, I'm going to regret selling the Versys...
