What's the best bike boozer in the uk

Info on biker meeting places such as Box Hill,Poole Quay, etc. Please start each post with the county followed by the place in the subject box i.e. Warwickshire - The Waterman. It'll make things a lot easier to follow.

Well there's certainly none in Scotland as far I know..plenty in engerland tho ;)

I can tell you where it used to be and that it was the Mardyke in Bristol, I know I was that landlord, what great days they were.

Id just thought id better add that my contribution is more a stop off we use for a bite to eat when were out in the hills around Durham on the bike,wouldn't say its a full on bike haunt. B)

Carbeth Inn (North of Glasgow on A809)used to be a good pub.

Yeah good days.... I used the mardyke a fair bit back in the 80's when there was always a long row of bikes parked outside. It really was a proper bikers pub.
