How to say Goodbye

Post by Magnum »

My F800 GS goes on monday when they collect her and deliver my 1200 GSA. Whilst that is exciting i am going for a final hooorah on the 800 before i whip off the bits i'm keeping. Funny how attached we get to the bikes we ride and in particular the memories they represent. If anyone is considering an F800 GS then do it, undoubtably one of the best bikes i've ever owned.

Does anyone have any fitting suggestions for a good send off, i thought of some Cult CD's and a bottle of Newquay Brown in the panniers !

bye old girl you've been outstanding

Jim your enthusiasm for the 'Mighty V' is infectious, I'm going to arrange a test ride over the next month.

Glad to hear it Alun, the first thing you'll notice is the lack of sweet music from the engine compared to the lovely triple Triumph sound!
But the torque from the word go and the plush suspension will more than make up for it! I honestly believe the Mighty Varadero is the best two up tourer made to date especially figuring in value for money, you just get so much bike for the money.
Two up is its forte, also the lights are to die for! I love going out in the dark as they're so good! Take a good long look at this bike, you can't say this is not a sexy bike?

No doubt they are cracking value for money and those tyres look great. The two up touring capability is what's attracting me the most.
