As for the clutch cable, I always run two cables aside, so when first cable breaks I peel off the crymping flex of the ends of the spare cable and mount it in each end. Next time service or close to workshop, I order a new clutch cable.
Throtle cable is a bit more complex to change as the bike possible would need a motor control anyway, so I don't have two cables running aside of these anyway.
