FS: Honda SL230 - small trail bike similar to Serow, DR etc. - £2000

A very clean, very low mileage 230CC single. Japanese import. MOT July 2013, tax end Nov. Black & Silver, new front and rear brake pads,new tyres about 1K miles ago (rear is tubeless). Just over 6000 KMS (approx 4K miles) on clock.
Low seat height (805 mm), six speed, dual purpose very similar to Yamaha XT Serow. Ideal for commuting & greenlaning alike. Very economical - consistently over 90 miles per gallon in town, more outside!! Useful with petrol prices as they are. Same engine as a CRF230L. Very easy to maintain - metal mesh oil filter just clean and put back with new oil. Fantastic turn circle very useful in traffic. Very light - just over 100KG. Never been off-road. Has luggage rack and helmet lock. Cheap to insure (cost me £40 as a second bike). Has been very well looked after (washed and polished every week). Ideal commuter, first bike, green laner whatever. Not many of these wee beauties around. Parts widely available from any Honda dealer and other usual outlets. Test rides welcome. In Coulsdon (near Croydon).
