Jim has a Nokia phone , that has MP3 and Radio .. And he plugs in his Nokia into his Scala Rider or streams via Bluetooth .



I have a Scala G4 , and stream MP3 from my Samsung Phone with Bluetooth ...

just wondering if people prefer to listen to music on long journeys or the sound of the wind and engine noise or is it ear plugs all the way ?

Depends on the journey really. I went to France a couple of weekends ago and covered approx 1,200 miles in 3 days using mainly 'D' roads ...

I wont commit to the road ride just yet until you have an idea of the numbers.

I just might have to pop this one on my tick list for next year, thank you for sharing.

The only thing I really struggle with is boots, the fitting around the calf muscle.

I'm not big not by any means but I do have strong legs with all the walking and riding I do.

Any suggestions ladies? What do you wear?

Just to add a little more to the fabulous post by Mad Cow above, dont grip the handlebar too tight and ride with just two fingers covering the levers. Thats all the pressure you need and make sure you slightly lean forward over the bars .... if the back wheel skids out you can adjust the your ...
