I've been trying to get fit, So I'm cycling a lot at the mo. 3000 miles on my bicycle & Just over 1000 on my Motorbike sad I know but there ya go. Off to Germany in a few weeks so that should correct the mileage ha ha ha.

noticed you're going near Coxwold where there is a small but nice tea room but thought I'd drop a note to say I went to a lovely cafe at Ampleforth College on Saturday. The food is homemade by the monks and it was delicious!
