having said that, i am now considering this bike (pending some close up pics of the lower fork legs)

can anyone point me in the right direction to find a cure for the rev counter problem? showing 5000 revs at idle.

Was it doing it before he took the bike apart to power coat it , in the past comes down to an earth fault because of the coating

Glad you found one , find in a dealers or private evil bay maybe , they seem to hang on to their price so well , only one more thing to say get the pics on lol

found it private. had to travel from devon to london though. it needs a bloody good clean and a service, got a mate who works at the local bmw dearlership so gonna pull in a favour

want it all sound as i'm doing the stella on it!!

pass! :huh: new to all this bike lark. been riding a lambretta for the last x amount of years this is the first proper bike i've owned.

i dont even know what tyres are on the GS!! got sent the link to the advert by a mate and went and got it, got it back to devon and stuck it the garage. i'll have a look later today and let you know.
