Seriously though, seems like a good way to fund a trip (read stories about people saving thousands in poland and being very happy with the results - though if you don't need much doing then there might not be so much of a saving to make perhaps).

I'll probably end up doing something very similar to this when I eventually pack in smoking and get my teeth sorted out.

I've some great news for you, South African dentists are more competitive than their Polish equivalent. :)
