Great news Flintlock, I love that part of the world. There'll be a few of us riding over from the ABR office, I'll confirm numbers closer to the date but most likely 5

I'm up for that, providing a van with bike is acceptable ?
(probably make a week of of it, and I'm too old to sleep on grass).

Fabulous area.

Put me down for this one as I won't be going to France until later in the year.

Not sure if you have chosen the camp pitch yet, but between Bantry and Glengarriffe there is Eagle Point, by the sea. It has hedges that also provide sheltered pitches. I have stayed there a few times. some fabulous ride outs in the area.

A more exposed camp site but fabulous view is at Inch Beach. I checked this one out one day we were on a run that had a break at the restaurant/bar at the beach and saw it across the road.

Cheers Peter

Deke62 - hopefully see you there if not before, as discussed last year, hoping to get a chance for a quick visit down there in March (probably over a Sunday/Monday) & will let you know if its a go.

Alun - noted & will await your update, will be good to meet up again & drool over the bikes you will have with you lol

Soho - Should not be a problem to bring van plus bike.

92KK - Excellent, see you then. I have camped at Eagle Point & its a great site, however we have earmarked another one nearby that has an on-site bar & restaurant, so that will be our No1 choice but will have to wait until February to get confirmation. The campsite at Inch has been noted, thanks.

Just been chatting with my friend Will Crean who was with me last time at Shepherd's Rest.

You can add him in too.
