nice one,

i did put a post on one of the facebook groups and was told gpx in petersfield is the importer freestyle is just a dealer,

hopefully the deposits taken are held by the importer?

The importer will have the majority of the money that the dealer has paid them (like paying for the actual bike from the factory). The dealer will obviously have their bit of margin on top of what the importer pays so there will be a hole in the accounts there but no doubt the importer will be dealing with any loss from the dealer behind the scenes
Fortunately it sounds like GPX are on top of all this. Seems they're making sure that the customer has as good an experience as possible and not pay for the dealers failings. After all it's not the customers fault the dealer went bust!

I've been chatting to the importer on Facebook,he reckons no kove buyer has lost money,they are now dealing with all the southern orders,
Freestyle sold several makes of bikes.

I got a call from motorad earlier today to confirm my order is fine hopefully receive the bike in the next few weeks.

There's a Kove being in the Baja Aragon raced by French competitor Neels Theric who is a Dakar 2023 finisher on a GasGas.
