Nice one 
. I'm guessing it gets more difficult with every donut because there's more rubber on the tarmac and hence more grip...or does it get shinier and then there's less grip...?

Whilst he did it no problem, but then he failed after a few donuts for the next 2 attempts, they cleaned the surface of loose rubber and he hopped off the bike laid it right over and spun the tyre to clean the edges and did 27 again, I think that is the limit!
