So Garner pleads guilty to pension fraud and is convicted but only receives a suspended sentence with the money still not paid back to his victims ......... if there's effectively no justice for victims when you've got the mastermind 'bang to rights' what confidence does that give to those who's pension is invested with a much larger faceless Corporation that is subject to the same ineffective Laws?
My late Father-in-laws pension was robbed by that b@stard Maxwell and he got non of his hard earned pension back ...... it appears we are all still prey to being 'fleeced with a smile'.

Robbing pensioners is acceptable, providing you do it by fraud, it seems.

The Maxwell family seemed to still have plenty of cash after 'Daddy's' death.

It's symptomatic of this country now, it seems, but globally too, it seems. Its probably always been there .. governments fleecing the people. But now it's done openly, and includes their business palls. It's a smirking snouting fingers up to the ordinary people.. that you can do nothing about it.
