anyone with size 7 feet that dont like em wet?

anybody out there with little feet? I bought a pair of these for myself look pretty good, much better shaped and fit than the green military ones some of us have/do use. Mine are marked as size 8 as I normaly am, going by these they come up small and a close fit so if you are 7.5. I would'nt bother. The only one's I ever seen, marked as Police on the label. not used but by the look of em, good price and only one pair, a tentative recommendation.
