PM problem

Another member has tried to PM me and I don't seem to have received it. I've tried to message him and the message is stuck in my outbox. Is there a problem with the site at the moment?

Some forums show the message in your outbox until the recipient reads it, and then it shows in the sent box.
Is this forum like that ?

You're correct. On this forum a message stays in your outbox until the recipient reads it.
