Bike is packed and setting out in abt 1hr to catch Portsmouth - Le havre at 23:00hrs I am carrying enough wether its the right stuff I will find out but as to all the weather conditions that I will be meeting I havent got enough. I am just going to hope its average all the way through and if any excess conditions and it may be a prob. If any one over takes an R reg BMW r1100gs in red give me a wave heading down towards Limoge on first day

Nice one Norman, I'm not sure whether you're the first to hit the road Jim Lovell and PJ have been in Morocco sice last weekend but they don't count until they head north - but you're the first to tell us about it so you get a Crackerjack pencil!
