I’m not afflicted with smelly feet but after a days riding my socks do get a bit pongy.
Forma Adventure boots for the record.
What have other riders used, spray or insoles, to alleviate the problem.
Yes I do take 3 pairs of socks and change them daily.

Are your still cis too thick and causing your feet to sweat as that is what will be causing the smell. Talc in your socks or a foot deodorant will help.

Yeah merino socks are great. Also I try and spend a few hours every day barefoot to give my feet a chance to recover from wearing great big boot with no air circulation.

I wear Bridgedale coolmax liner socks and Bridgedale Hike or Expedition socks over the top depending on conditions.

I had trouble with sweaty cold feet before I came upon this winning combination.

If you're travelling light you can have one pair of 'outer' socks last you a week without honking and two pairs of liners to rotate daily. The liners dry literally in about two hours after been washed just sat in a house, drying times out on a line or hung on your handlebars are less than 30 mins.

I was a firm 'no to man made fibres' man, but these merino and polyester mix socks work perfect for me.

What Craig said - merino all day long. Brilliant and no smell.

As above Merino all day long. You can also use a helmet interior sanitiser to spray inside the boot to freshen them up. The best one I’ve used is the Motul helmet interior sanitiser and cleaner. Always best to keep your Helmet Clean!
