Have taken off the scottoiler from bike but need to remove left hand tank to take the feed from the engine , not 100% sure where it's connected as can't see but does anybody have any info on removal or points I need to address upon removal ?

easy way ... just cut the vacume wire off ...burn the ends to seal it with pliers ..cable tie it out of the way under the tank .. get a replacment from scottoiler
