Just asking out of politeness can any Bike come as I have a few freinds asking if they can turn up??
They ride modern Classic's Triumph 900 Trophy and A Kawasaki ZRX 1200??
They have on occasion riden with me for miles .
The ZRX guy is a ABR subscriber and also rides a KTM 250
Just want to get in before the site is full

What makes an adventure bike? Biker rides bike on an adventure, makes the bike an adventure bike to me!
Where do you draw the line? "You've not got a proper bike, you can't come, that's a scooter!"
Well, I've been involved in the Ullapool meet from the start and I say the more the merrier!

Re: Any Bike?
My Varadero 125 is not the first bike you would think of when thinking of an Adventure bike. But to me she is. This will be my first ABR rally, Which will be an Adventure, This will be my longest ride to date and that's another Adventure, So to me Veronica (vara 125) is an Adventure bike MY ADVENTURE BIKE
I cant wait,
Cheers Paul

Adventure is a state of mind, not a bike
One of my mates is coming on a Triumph Sprint ST - I'm sure he'll feel adventurous though

That's the ABR spirit Jim, all bikes are adventure bikes with the right pilot on board.africajim wrote:What makes an adventure bike? Biker rides bike on an adventure, makes the bike an adventure bike to me!

Treat every situation like a dog..
If you can't hump it or eat it, piss on it and walk away.
