Taking the piss with that price. When a new mt07 is 6 grand-ish.
It winds me up that as soon as they class a bike as adventure and stick a few bits of plastic on it the price goes through the roof.
My nephew had a new mt07 last year for under 6k it was a brilliant little bike and I suspect it will make a good basis for an adv bike,but at 10k no thanx.

10K is too much, you can now get a new manual Africa twin for 9,700 ( Pre registered). I am eager to see where this comes comes out at launch and have been looking forward to it but would have thought about 8.5 of course depending on the spec.

Haven't Yamaha experienced plenty of problems with their exciting new range of bikes?
I briefly had one of the first MT09's great engine, but the suspension was from a 1974 Raleigh Chopper.
Don't get all excited about the possibility of a fun, light Adventure-style bike, it'll be another missed opportunity/cop-out.
If you didn't buy a CCM GP450 you've missed the boat :laugh:
