Denali D2 Lights F800gs

So I want a set of spot lights for my F800GS
I like the BMW ones but like the Denali D2s, they are around the same price. I guess the B<W ones will hold more residual value but the Denalis are transferable to other bikes.
I have been reading the instructions for the Denali's which look very simple to install
Denali Lights Instructions
But how would I locate the correct wires in the loom on the BMW? I wouldn't really know where to start?
If its too hard maybe the benefits are limited and i should just go with the BMW lights.

I dont have the wiring diagram in front of me so cant give colours Im sure others may be able but you can either tap into the loom under the left side false tank or up near the headlight cluster. The 800s not hard to work out as the low and high are in differnt pods so just inspect the wiring near the headlight.

For my 12v switched I used the GPS plug on top of the battery

Used one of these then you don't need to tap the wire. Not that that matters

I have a set of Cree lights with wiring harness, rugged rds mounting bar and switches that I have removed from my 2011 F800 if you are interested.
You can see the set up and results here:

Thanks, but i don't think they are what i'm looking for.
I was hoping someone had fitted these to an f800 before as i cant find any info or tutorials on the net, only a chap fitting them to a 650 without using interconnections.

Good idea that Mr Blag saves chopping into other feeds and location would suit too. I may just do that on my 800

I took off my Rigid Industries D2's when I sold my 800GS. They came from Gabriel down at Zen Overland who made a bespoke laser-cut powder-coated mounting plate beneath the beak for them. Google them and if you are interested let me know.....

Theres a mounting plate that fits under the beak as mentioned above if thats what your referring to or prefab your own, other than that you could mount them to the side protection bars.
I believe motorcyclewarehouse has the bracket on their site last time I looked
