I've always found Eurohike tents to be reasonably good quality, but that tent is not only heavy at 7.5 kilo's, but it has a huge pack size as well.
If the weight and packsize isn't an issue for you, then its quite a good tent for £50.

Just noticed that its only 1500 hydrostatic head. I personally wouldn't use a tent with less than 2000 HH.
So the spec isn't that good..... i'd look for something else.

I have last year's version of Eurohike Avon 3 tent, with a 1500mm HH. Emma and I went to the south coast simmer with it and found it to be faultless. Nice and dry inside and easy to put up (never erected a tent before!).

Good quality product and well worth the £50 I paid for mine, especially as it was a package deal with sleeping bag and matt.

I say go for it, if its only for occasional use - you don't want to fork out too much. It looks like a good buy and has a decent porch area.

If you hang on a bit longer blacks also have a tent sale,
and blacks are owned by the same company,
If as you say only a few days use a year,
Go to Tesco get there 3 man tent £20 I had my first 1
for 1 and half years gf lost lost it in a hurrican in Japan
I then went out brought the same again as a stop gap
(due to shortage of ££)
Had it for almost 3 years now last tine used was in France
Where the Thursday it hamerd down it all day and night still
Bone dry.

Am now in a position to buy a new tent NOT a easy choice,
But I do, do quite a bit of week end trips

Now looking at Vango Omega 350 same as Brava but
Slightly lighter and has alloy poles
I did tell jelly I have 2 older tents both ok he has first refusal
But your welcome to the other tent.
1 is a Tesco Domed 3 man the other is a 3 man tent
Made by some northern company the guy left it at the rally
Decided camping was not for him !

As I do a lot mor camping have done

Just got an omega 250. I only want it for myself so is easily big enough.
Have not used it in anger yet, End of the month on a 11 day tour to Spain.
Had it up in the garden and spent a night in it to try out.
I like the large porch area as it is a 2 room tent and the later 2011 models have a beter groundsheet, bathtub design.
It looks and feels good so at the moment would recomend.
