Texas to the Canadian boarder 281 Aug 8-27 2016

Hello my name is Raymond Valdez. I am 23 years of age and I am riding from Brownsville Texas to the Canadian boarder and back . I plan to take 281, Lewis and Clark style. The trip should take 3 weeks round trip and an estimated 6,000 km. I plan to stay at parks to cut cost (will stay at hotels if situation proves necessary). Dates August 8 2016(departure) Arrival back home (August 27) 2016

Raymond, I ride 281 from DFW to the hill country. It's a nice stretch of highway. I plotted your trip on my Garmin and it looks like a good trip. I may have to try it myself someday.
