I also found out about these recently, but haven't (as yet) bought a set.
The list price on the manufactures website (http://www.dirtsack.in/products/frogman-saddle-bags) for the 'Frogman' panniers is 5850 INR (about £67) so I'm not sure I'd feel great about paying £229 from the site you linked.
I'm temped to see if the manufacturer would be prepared to ship direct to the UK, but that will have to wait till payday.
There's someone on ADVRider who mentioned acquiring a set for £150 which seems a bit more reasonable, given the original price + shipping + vat + duty etc, however no mention of where from: http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/k ... t-29752915
