Ok the 92KK was part of the registration of my K100LT no 0193214. Useful when looking for technical advice due to changes and upgrades during the life of the model. I also have the 84WW K100RT and an 84K100 RS which I have slightly cannibalised.gbags wrote:Where'd you get that catchy name...er...92kk k100lt 193214?

Always cook, especially the full breakfast in the morning, and sometimes boil potatoes and carrots, onions and lamb to make some good Welsh cawl. (thumbs) time permitting whilst the red stuff breaths for a few minutes. (thumbs)

I've recently broken a good pot and need another saucepan and frying pan. Any suggestions? Big enough to cook for two.
And secondly, I have a foreign wife who thinks we must be the only weirdos who carry brew kits with tea bags and coffee everywhere. My question is: Is there any Brit out there who DOESN'T carry a brew kit when off travelling on the bike?

I like that stove too...! At the moment I use 2 of the pocket stoves and find them very effective but I still like your one for when I am based somewhere for a week or two.

Yeah,I'm really impressed with the stove, that's new too.I've got the lightweight biking equipment but my girlfriend wants to start camping and hillwalking with her dog so I am able to carry some luxuries in the car.The stove is really stable on it's fold out legs so now after supper I've got one ring simmering away heating the porch of the tent while the other ring makes a perfect rest for a glass of wine.Same stove,£36 in Halfords,£20 on Ebay.92kk k100lt 193214 wrote:I like that stove too...! I hope to do the GR 11 Trans-Pyrenean route in stages starting this summer and ideally taking the dog - at 48 kgs he should be able to manage a fair load of clobber, so maybe adapt my panniers to throw over his broad shoulders ... Eight weeks hiking, one two-week stretch too far out for support and an accumulated up and down rate of, I think, two Everests? Huge congrats if you do it.
