Anyone interested in trail riding in Vietnam Easter 2016

Post by Schoe000 »

As the title said "Anyone interested in trail riding in Vietnam Easter 2016" I am in the early stage of sorting out a trip. Fly out dates March Friday 25th return Saturday April 9th (due to work these are the only dates I can do, but from what I have read this is the best time of year do do the trip). The idea is to fly out to Hanoi, hire small trail bikes ride the Ho Chi Min trail and part of the north, time permitting. I would prefer, when ever possible, to stay in guest houses or hostels (not cause I am cheap but to have a different exsperience).

Ideally the group would be up to 4 riders. At the moment flights are less than Β£500.

If anyone is interested get in touch and we can have a chat.

Cheers Nick

Hi Nick, at times like this I wish I was a teacher with all that holiday time!

Looking at the calendar for us mere mortals I would need to take 9 days holiday, which may be pushing it. If it was same departure date, but back on 5th. I could have an 12 day holiday for just 6 days leave...

I have seen talks on this at HUBB a few years back, but don't really recall what a sensible minimum time away to get some benefit is....? Please share your further thoughts + you would need to PM me your home number since you moved, or is it still the same?
