Well I picked up a Honda dominator yesterday as a project bike, its completely in pieces and needs hopefully not too much work.
Due to having my currently only running bike stolen this morning and a trip to the lakes planned with some trail riding it means this has been bumped way, way, way up the list
Unloaded from my van earlier it looked like this:
A couple of hours later it looks like this B)
Should have the exhaust on soon and I'll see if it starts, I'm praying to god it does
Needs piecing back together, the brake calipers rebuilding and new bearings in the mono shock link, that's all I know to so far at least
Dominator project.

Re: Dominator project.
The really difficult bit will be figuring out how to get the body work on.
I rent a storage unit, annoyingly where my bike that was stolen wasn't park because of a different bike I have in pieces

Looking at it without the bodywork I can definitely see why people turn these into flat trackers, that subframe just screams it

Wow, if you already got it started then you got a bargain
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Re: Dominator project.
Yeah more petrol and having the petcock turned the right way helped.
Just figured out which exhaust it is and between that and the still basically brand new hagon rear shock that equals what I paid for it.
