Hi all.
I really enjoyed the weekend, top effort by all concerned, thank you all for the food, beer, helping me get the Pan in and out of the swamp. I'll be back again with; a different bike, a bigger tent, a mattress that doesn't go down in 2 hours and maybe even a coat that doesn't hold 2 gallons of rainwater :S

It was great to meet you all and put faces to names :cheer:

Thanks Bernard - very artistic.

Add to my list of better things for next time; a warmer sleeping bag ;-)

I had a great ride home, some very nice quiet lanes thanks to TomTom avoid motorways setting (thumbs) I passed through Silverstone village at one point and later Santa Pod ( a few old memories there )

I had a very bizare trip home on Saturday evening. Left at 7:30pm ish as i wasn't feeling well at all.

For 30 miles heading south on the A429 Fosse Way i didn't see a single car...not one...it was very spooky indeed.

Saw my first car when i got off the A429.

Got home in the dry and then spent the whole of Sunday in bed shivering...man flu has struck. Seeing the rain Sunday morning i was glad i left when i did.

Thanks for a good rally and the very good chef..free beer is also a bonus. Next year i'll have more sutiable tyres to ensure it's warm and sunny.

Just to reiterate what everyone else has said, what a top weekend, big thanks to Alun and his helpers for all their effort to make it so good (thumbs)
A big thanks to Andy for keeping on top of everyone's beer top-ups and dietary requirements (thumbs)
Great to hook up with old friends and make new ones also it's always good to ride different areas B)
Nice little play on the 4X4 track when we got back, bit of an oops moment came sat around the fire rolling old fuel receipts up and nonchalantly chucking them in the fire, forgetting that Toby had given me £50 deposit for BN next year, yep you guesses it, in the fire Dho
Only took a few pics.
There are 4 ABRers in this pic (thumbs)
