ABR 125 BREAKFAST CLUB MEET ON SUNDAY 12 JUNE 2011 @ GLEBE FARM 9am
Re: ABR 125 BREAKFAST CLUB MEET ON SUNDAY 12 JUNE 2011 @ GLEBE FARM 9am
This wasn't for Toad, it was for Midnight.
Well if it helps there is a beautiful red sunset this evening, Red sky at night and all that.
Hope you have a great day, and try not to be phased if it rains, think of it as another part of the learning curve.

As we've got many miles to cover if it's peeing down we'll give it a miss

Well, I've finally warmed up after lots of hot drinks!! It was great to see everyone this morning - despite the rain! I think we all enjoyed our breakfasts...I did!! Toad was there on his Quad to begin with, but after breakfast he swopped bikes to lead us round the Cotswolds....in the unrelenting rain and wind!
I was so cold and wet by the end of the ride out! Nothing I had on had kept out the rain. But despite this, I really enjoyed myself. It was a great feeling being part of a group (my first solo ride out).
Even though I made lots of mistakes (some of them due to being so cold and shivering so much on my bike), I felt safe. Everyone was so helpful and supportive....even when a group of cyclist over took me!!! Yoony and Dave...thank you for saving me from toppling over!!!
Thank you Toad for leading us out....I hope next time your wife will join us!
I coped with a lot today and learned so much more with regards to my riding. Am looking forward to the next 125 ride out, this time in the sunshine (I hope!!)
Just about to have breakfast.
Stopping for a much needed hot chocolate. I was like a drowned rat!!

Hi to those who braved the monsoons this morning. It was very nice to meet you. Thanks Toad for leading. I had an enjoyable ride despite the weather and I hope to meet up with you all again next month.
I attach some pictures, and hope to take many more over the coming months riding.
Cheers
