What does the karma measure on your profile ?

I think that other members can give or take karma from your profile , as there is a karma up/down button on your posts..

applaud / smite it says when you put your mouse over it.

Well found out something else .. if you try to do karma again .. :side:

you get this message ..

You can modify only one person's karma every 6 hours.
Please wait until this timeout period has passed before modifying any person's karma again.

Which is a good thing , so pick your karma carefully ..
