Nearly traded my K100RS for a K1 in 1989 but was a little to Beedelee dee bee de beep for me.

Had a couple from Southern Ireland turn up here last year on two perfect examples complete with all the accessories, showed some modern sports riders that it is about the rider not just the bike. These guys were off to a K1 meet in France where there were hundreds of them...

Buy her some chocolates ... ply her with some wine, then casually bring up the pictures of the K1 accidently whilst browsing last years holiday snaps. Mention that Kuano Reeves has one in his LA loftflat lounge and tell her about the special vibrations that appear through the pillion seat at over 6 thousand revs.

EDIT: bike is 1990 (may) not 89 as stated in ad.
