How do you add a permanent picture or message to the bottom of a post ?

How do you add a permanent picture or message to the bottom of a post ? Not the member Avatar on the left but another one at the bottom of a post which I've noticed quite a few members have on here. I can't see how to add it?

Probably put it into your signature, not done it myself but that's the usual way of doing it.

It's in the signature part of your profile.
Go to profile on top tool bar click on it and then click edit, scroll down to find signature and fill it in with what you want (within reason).
Then click save.
If you have trouble it might be your browser so try a different one to get it working.

As you can see from mine, I have a quote from Black adder and a banner that I created for my bike.
