Rack and pannier frames

I have had a look for a rack and side frames for my KLX 250, but have not seen anything that look's any
good :(
So I had a bit of 16mm tube hanging around,

Next step was to get bashing and bending (I like this bit) with a bit of brazing (a word from the past) and
a bit of welding

After getting the basic frame together it was time to look at the side's

It's getting there but need's more support by the bottom

Thought I would mount the bottom to the rear foot peg mount as there never used
